Incline Management Corp. Launches

Three managing principals of PNC Equity Partners announced today the formation of Incline Management Corp., a private equity firm which will be independent of PNC and focused on investments in lower middle market growth companies. The team, under the leadership of Jack Glover, Wali Bacdayan, and Justin Bertram (who have been with PNC Equity Partners since 1996, 1997 and 1998 respectively), will also remain responsible for the assets and equity-related investment activities of PNC Equity Partners II, L.P. and PNC Equity Partners L.P.
