Jordan Smith, Vice President, joined Incline in September 2025. He is responsible for identifying, assessing and recommending value-driven technology and operational improvements for portfolio companies.
Previously, Jordan was a Senior Manager at Streamliners Management Consulting where he focused on implementing technology and process improvements to increase efficiency, capacity and quality of manufacturing and distribution companies. Prior to that, Jordan worked at Accenture focusing on Industry 4.0 and connected worker use cases across industrial clients.
Jordan earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
