Paul Han, BI Engineer, joined Incline in June 2026. He is responsible for developing data and analytics capabilities that drive operational improvements and track value creation across portfolio companies.
Previously, Paul worked as an Analytics Engineer at UpClear, a revenue management SaaS company serving the consumer-packaged goods industry, where he focused on developing the data infrastructure, analytics capabilities and AI-enabled tools powering the business intelligence module of the company’s BluePlanner software. Prior to UpClear, Paul held data and process engineering roles in the luxury retail and biotechnology sectors.
Paul received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Biomedical Engineering from Michigan State University and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from New York University.
