Zach Oseran, Value Creation Lead, joined Incline in September 2026. He is responsible for identifying, assessing and recommending value-driven technology and operational improvements for portfolio companies.
Previously, Zach was VP of Operations and Finance at Terra Kaffe. Prior to that he worked for Elan Growth Partners and NextWorld Evergreen on the deal side and did Corporate Development for Helen of Troy focused on M&A.
Zach received a B.A. and M.B.A. from Willamette University.
