Chris Clark, Assistant Controller, joined Incline in October 2026. He is responsible for the firm’s accounting, tax, valuation and financial reporting functions.


Previously, Chris was an Assurance Senior Manager at EY who supported oil & gas and retail clients.


Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh.
