Incline Equity Partners (“Incline”), a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce its investment in Alliance Environmental Group (“Alliance” or the “Company”), a provider of environmental remediation and indoor air quality services to residential and commercial customers.

Based in Azusa, CA, Alliance offers a full suite of facility and property remediation services, such as indoor air quality, asbestos abatement, pest control and other environmental remediation services. The Company serves as a key value chain partner to a diverse base of residential and commercial customers, including insurance companies, property managers and restoration contractors. Over the course of 27 years, Alliance has established a strong West Coast presence with 14 locations across CA, AZ, NV and WA.

“Alliance’s consistent quality, rapid turnaround times and breadth of services provide a strong competitive position,” said Joseph Choorapuzha, Partner at Incline.  “Jeff and Joe McLean have built a great team and impressive platform in a highly fragmented, durable industry. They have a proven track record of strategic acquisitions, and we believe there is significant opportunity for further consolidation. We are enthusiastic about supporting the Company’s continued success.”

“We pride ourselves on offering best-in-class service to our customers,” said Jeff McLean, CEO of Alliance.  “We look forward to working with Incline to expand into adjacent capabilities and geographies to enhance our customer value proposition. Additionally, we plan to leverage the resources of their Catalyst Group to guide our investments in internal systems and optimize our digital marketing strategy.  We are incredibly excited about this next phase of growth.”
