Michael Chen, Associate, joined Incline in July 2023. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring investments made by the firm.
Previously, Michael was an Associate at Adams Street Partners, where he focused on secondary private equity transactions covering GP-led and LP portfolio investments. Prior to that, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners focused on M&A advisory for the Industrials sector.
Michael graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in business economics.
