Luis Mercader, Director, joined Incline in June 2024. Luis is a member of the Catalyst Group with a focus on Finance. He is responsible for identifying, assessing and recommending financial process improvements for portfolio companies.
Previously, Luis worked at Turnspire Capital Partners where he managed portfolio company operations. Prior to Turnspire, Luis was a Consultant at Etonien LLC, an Operating Executive at Corinthian Capital Group and held various finance leadership roles at Schering-Plough Corporation (now a part of Merck & Co.), Ingersoll Rand, Security Technologies Division (now Allegion PLC) and Procter & Gamble.
Luis received his M.B.A from Fuqua School of Business and A.B. from Duke University. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
