Incline Equity Partners (“Incline”), a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce its partnership with Industrial Air Flow Dynamics (“IAFD” or the “Company”), a leading provider of non-turbine maintenance solutions and replacement parts to power plants.

Based in Cleveland, TX, IAFD offers a turn-key service to gas turbine power plants nationwide, including plant inspections, custom engineering support, installation field services as well as light manufacturing.  The Company specializes in designing and replacing non-turbine parts such as expansion joints, pipe penetration seals and duct liner replacement systems.

“IAFD is proud to be a reliable provider of mission-critical, engineered solutions to our customers since 2001,” said Ryan Sachetti, President and CEO of IAFD.  “Incline’s experience and expertise made them the ideal partner to support our strategic growth plans. We will leverage Incline’s resources to bolster our products and services to build the ultimate outage support service group in this industry.  We will be expanding the IAFD offering by adding other services such as specialty welding and broadening our testing and inspection capabilities.”

“Our partnership with IAFD presents an opportunity to back a best-in-class management team and a business that is well-positioned for growth,” said Victor Martinelli, Managing Director at Incline. “It is clear that Ryan and the IAFD team have built a differentiated platform in an attractive, durable market. We look forward to supporting an acquisition strategy to supercharge the Company’s service capabilities and enter new geographies.”
