Bob Erwin, Partner, joined Incline in July 2021. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring investments made by the firm.
Prior to joining Incline, Bob was Co-Founder, President & CEO of Monument MicroCap Partners. Prior to Monument, Bob was a Managing Director at Barings LLC, an investment management firm that is owned by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. Bob started his professional career at PNC Bank.
Over his 30+ year career, Bob has led investments in dozens of businesses in the manufacturing, business services, and distribution industries.
Bob received his M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University and his B.A. from Duquesne University, where he majored in Finance.
He currently serves as a director of Mr. Magic Car Wash, Montgomery DME, Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control, Smile Source, Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center and Aldinger.
