Brad Phillips
Managing Director
Brad Phillips, Managing Director, joined Incline in June 2017. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring investments made by the firm.
Previously, Brad was a Strategy + M&A Manager at The Heritage Group. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at LaSalle Capital where he focused on evaluating, executing and monitoring business services investments. Brad began his career in investment banking at William Blair.
Brad received a B.A. in Psychology from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
He currently serves as a director of Mr. Magic Car Wash, Montgomery DME, Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control, Smile Source, Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center and Aldinger.
Brad loves spending time with his growing family, is passionate about sports (especially all things Northwestern) and attempts to stay in shape.
