Deanna Barry
Partner, CFO and Chief Compliance Officer
Deanna (“Dee”) B. Barry, Partner, CFO, joined Incline in April 2012. She is responsible for the firm’s accounting, tax, valuation and financial reporting functions.
Previously, Dee was Chief Financial Officer of PNC Equity Management Corp. Prior to PNC, Dee was an Assistant Vice President within PNC Bank’s SEC reporting group and an audit supervisor at KPMG.
Dee received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University. Dee is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University with concentrations in Accounting and Management Information Systems.
She enjoys visiting her daughter, Jess, at Lehigh University and spending time with her when she is home from college. She is her son Ryan’s biggest fan and has a great time watching him play lacrosse and run cross country.
