Hasan Amjad, Associate, joined Incline in May 2022. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring investments made by the firm.
Previously, Hasan was an Associate at GoldPoint Partners, where he focused on executing primary fund commitments, equity co-investments, and mezzanine debt investments. Prior to that, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities.
Hasan received a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
Hasan has portfolio company responsibilities for ASP Global, Revival Animal Health and Industrial Air Flow Dynamics.
In his free time, Hasan enjoys spending time with friends and family, fitness, traveling and watching sports, especially Virginia basketball.
