Jonathan Potter, Vice President, joined Incline in July 2020. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring investments made by the firm.
Prior to joining Incline, Jonathan was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors group at Guggenheim Partners where he focused on M&A advisory, leveraged finance transactions, restructuring and equity capital raising.
Jonathan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in International Relations, a concentration in Finance, and a minor in Systems Engineering.
Jonathan currently serves as a director of Vieux Vins Group and White Label Communications and has portfolio coverage responsibilities for Edko.
In his free time, Jonathan enjoys sailing, fitness and traveling with family and friends. He is also a die-hard fan of the New York Mets, however painful that can be.
