Kaitlyn Schmeck, Senior Associate, joined Incline in February 2022. She is responsible for identifying, assessing and recommending financial and accounting improvements for portfolio companies.
Previously, Kaitlyn was at Baker Tilly where she focused on transaction advisory and due diligence services as well as CFO advisory, across a variety of industries. Prior to that, she served as a senior associate at KPMG in the firm’s Assurance group.
Kaitlyn graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Accounting and George Mason University with a M.S. in Accounting.
Kaitlyn is from Kutztown, PA and lived in the Washington, D.C. area for the past 6 years before making the move to Pittsburgh. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, early morning workouts at Orangetheory, watching Penn State sports and playing with her mini goldendoodle Leo.
