Kim Rutkowski, Administrative Assistant, joined Incline in May 2022. She is responsible for providing administrative support to the Elevate team, expense and travel management and event coordination.
Kim received her BA in Education Studies from The Catholic University of America. Previously, Kim was the Director of Operations at The Learning Experience. She focused on driving financial performance and productivity for all operational aspects of the center. Kim has experience with marketing, payroll, talent search and managing vendor relationships.
She loves watching sports, especially the New York Yankees, spending time with her nieces and nephew and taking trips down the shore in the summer.
