Michael Chen, Associate, joined Incline Equity Partners in July 2023. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring investments made by the firm.
Previously, Michael was an Associate at Adams Street Partners, where he focused on secondary private equity transactions covering GP-led and LP portfolio investments. Prior to that, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners focused on M&A advisory for the Industrials sector.
Michael graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in business economics.
Michael enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new cities, finding memorable restaurants, skiing in fresh powder and eating Açaí bowls by the beach.
