Tom Ritchie

Tom Ritchie joined Incline October 2018. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring investments made by the firm. Prior to joining Incline, Tom was a Managing Director and partner at CI Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm.
Tom joined CI in 2004 from UBS Investment Bank, where he was an Associate Director responsible for arranging debt financing for leveraged buyouts. Previously Tom was a Management Associate at the Oncology Therapeutics Network, a venture-backed pharmaceutical distributor. Tom earned a BA from Princeton University and a JD/MBA from the University of Virginia School of Law and the Darden Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
Tom serves as a director of ASP Global, Vieux Vins Group, Edko, Road Tested Parts, Perfect Power Wash, Certified Collision Group, Industrial Air Flow Dynamics, NovaVision and Icreon.
In his free time, Tom enjoys crisscrossing New York and Connecticut to deliver his four children to soccer, lacrosse, basketball, tennis, swimming, baseball, ballet, gymnastics and Irish step dancing practices. He also enjoys trips to faraway places with just his wife.
