Managing Director, Debt Capital Markets
Cale Grove, Managing Director, rejoined Incline in July 2017. He is responsible for leading the Firm’s Debt Capital Markets efforts.
Cale was previously an Associate at Incline from 2012 to 2015. Prior to joining Incline, he was Analyst in the Syndicated & Leveraged Finance Group at J.P. Morgan.
Cale received a B.S. from Washington & Lee University and earned his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He currently serves as a director of Caldwell & Gregory, Unified Power, Jon-Don and AquaPhoenix Scientific.
Cale enjoys running with his wife — especially chasing after their young sons.
