Michael Antonelli
Managing Director
Michael Antonelli, Managing Director, joined Incline Equity Partners in June 2017. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring investments made by the firm.
Previously, Michael was a Senior Associate in the Consumer group of Citigroup’s Investment Banking Division, where he focused on M&A advisory for consumer products companies. Prior to that, he was a Human Capital Consulting Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Michael received a B.A. in business & economics from Ursinus College and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
He currently serves as a director of Charter Industries, Starwest Botanicals and Specialty Products and Insulation.
Michael enjoys Philadelphia sports, traveling, playing poker and spending time with his wife, two daughters and son.
