• Built out and upgraded the sales team, including deploying a scalable sales process to accelerate affiliate growth in US and Canada
• Completed two strategic acquisitions to add training capabilities and expand insurance relationships, driving cross-sell and build out of additional services
• Built proprietary data tool to gain deeper insight into affiliate spend patterns and drive incremental revenue opportunities
