How We Partnered
Dorner is a family-owned business with a strong market position in an attractive industry where there were ample opportunities for growth. After Incline acquired Dorner in June 2012 the unexpected happened, its CEO passed away in an accident. Over the next six months, the Incline team made frequent trips to the company and worked tirelessly to fill the leadership void. We put in a management structure in place, ensured financial stability, and continued to develop a strategy. For Dorner, a company that had only grown organically, exploring potential add-on acquisitions was another way to expand the brand footprint and grow the business they had never pursued before. Dorner is projecting continued growth over the next several years.
The best thing about working with Incline is the relationships. They truly add value. They will help your company grow faster and be more profitable. But they’ll do that at the same time where you’re able to keep your company’s identity and the good things about who you are.Terry Schadeberg, Chief Executive Officer, Dorner Manufacturing
