Andrei Morin-Kougoucheff, Vice President, joined Incline in January 2023. He is responsible for investment sourcing and supports exit planning, which includes outreach to deal professionals, reviewing new investments and portfolio coverage.
Previously, Andrei was a Vice President at Comvest Partners where he focused on managing relationships with intermediaries, as well as identifying, originating and qualifying new investment opportunities alongside the investment team. Prior to that, he was an Analyst at SBA Communications where he supported the Executive team with a focus on capital markets, investor relations and international M&A.
Born and raised in the South of France, Andrei received a B.B.A. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
