April Watkins, Director of Operations, joined Incline in May 2026. She is responsible for managing and improving the firm’s internal systems, technology platforms, processes and operational functions.
Previously, April held senior operations roles at Dolby where she managed several M&A integrations and operational expansion globally. Prior to that, she served as VP of Operations at Hyperbiotic where she led the scaling of the company from the 5-person founding team through a successful PE acquisition. Most recently, she has led talent development at Dexian, a global staffing and services firm.
April received a B.A in Communications from Central Michigan University, with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior and Theatre.
