Brian Ayers, Vice President, joined Incline in July 2026. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring investments made by the firm.
Previously, Brian was an Associate at GreyLion Partners, where he supported the firm’s investments across technology, tech-enabled services and industrial services. Prior to that, he was at Deloitte Corporate Finance, Deloitte’s middle market Investment Banking Division, where he focused on sell-side M&A advisory.
Brian received a B.B.A. in Finance with a second major in Applied Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
