Hasan Amjad, Senior Associate, joined Incline in May 2022. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring investments made by the firm.
Previously, Hasan was an Associate at GoldPoint Partners, where he focused on executing primary fund commitments, equity co-investments and mezzanine debt investments. Prior to that, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities.
Hasan received a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
