Jordan Plymale, Associate, joined Incline in August 2026. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring investments made by the firm.


Previously, Jordan was an Analyst in the Business Services team at Cascadia Capital where he focused on M&A for founder owned and sponsor-backed middle market businesses.


Jordan graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Math, Business Math and Applied Statistics.
