Julia Sipos, Vice President, joined Incline in June 2023. She is responsible for identifying, assessing and recommending talent for portfolio companies.
Previously, Julia was at Candidate Labs where she focused on hiring C-Suite and executive leadership talent for technology startups across a variety of industries. Prior to that, Julia worked at Guidepoint Global, where she managed expert recruiting for PE and consulting firms to provide expertise for business decisions and investment strategies.
Julia received a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
