Kelly McNevin, Vice President, joined Incline in June 2025. She is responsible for identifying, assessing and recommending sales and go-to-market strategies for portfolio companies.
Prior to Incline, Kelly served as General Manager of a national services and distribution business, where she led a successful carve-out and drove double-digit EBITDA growth through commercial strategy and operational improvement. Her earlier experience includes roles at Bridgewater Associates, Aon and Angi, with a focus on analytics and strategy.
Kelly received a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.
