Madison Rotto, Office Manager, joined Incline in December 2025. She is responsible for managing office operations and administrative support in Pittsburgh.
Previously, Madison was the Director of Operations for a hedge fund, where she oversaw day-to-day business functions. Prior to that, she was a Business Office Assistant at a growing automotive dealership, focusing on establishing back-office policies and procedures to support operational efficiency.
Madison received her B.A. in Sociology and Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College and an M.S. in Exercise Science and Sport Psychology from California University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a Human Resources Professional Certificate from Cornell University.
