Madison Rotto, Senior Administrative Assistant, joined Incline in December 2025. She is responsible for providing administrative support to Business Development and Investment teams, such as expenses, travel management and event coordination.
Previously, Madison was the Director of Operations for a hedge fund, where she oversaw day-to-day business functions. Prior to that, she was a Business Office Assistant at a growing automotive dealership, focusing on establishing back-office policies and procedures to support operational efficiency.
Madison received her B.A. in Sociology and Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College and an M.S. in Exercise Science and Sport Psychology from California University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a Human Resources Professional Certificate from Cornell University.
