Matthew Tanczos, Associate, joined Incline in August 2026. Matthew is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring investments made by the firm.
Previously, Matthew was an Analyst in the Services and Industrials Group at Piper Sandler, where he focused on M&A advisory for sponsor-backed companies.
Matthew graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S.B.A in Finance and Operations.
