Nav Ghuman, Director, joined Incline in January 2023. She is responsible for identifying, assessing and recommending go to market and operational improvements for portfolio companies.
Previously, Nav was Vice President of Business & Commercial Strategy and Interim Head of Sales and Post Sales at Dandy, a tech company focused on disrupting the dental industry. Prior to that, she was Chief of Staff at SmartAsset, a fintech firm, where she led strategic revenue and margin initiatives across the company with a focus on growth. Prior to SmartAsset, she spent time as an investment professional, where she focused on evaluating, executing and monitoring investments across multiple industries.
Nav received her B.B.A. in Finance from Baruch College as a Macaulay Honors Scholar.
