Nicholas Colletti, BI Engineering Manager, joined Incline in May 2026. He is responsible for developing data and analytics capabilities that drive operational improvements and track value creation across portfolio companies.
Previously, Nicholas worked as an Associate BI Manager at Accenture, where he primarily served clients in the Life Sciences industry and focused on data transformation initiatives within the clinical and regulatory space. Prior to Accenture, Nicholas was a Business Analyst at AngioDynamics, a medical technology company, where he focused on implementing analytics tools across operations, manufacturing and supply chain functions.
Nicholas received a B.A. in Physics and Mathematics from the State University of New York at Potsdam.
