Nishant Agrawal, Vice President, joined Incline in July 2026. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring investments made by the firm.
Previously, Nishant was a Senior Associate at Newlight Partners, a middle market private equity firm, where he focused on executing and managing investments across a number of sectors. Prior to that, Nishant served as an Analyst at Citi in the firm’s Media & Telecom group.
Nishant received his B.S. and M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
