Ryan, Senior Associate, joined Incline in February 2025. He is responsible for identifying, assessing and recommending value-driven technology and operational improvements for portfolio companies.
Previously, Ryan worked at Starr Companies where he was a Data Scientist within their Reinsurance Operations team, where he focused on data transformation and data science/analytics development projects. Prior to that, Ryan had worked at Marsh where he focused on market intelligence and analytics for their Private Equity and M&A group. Ryan spent time earlier in his career at AIG in their Operations & Analytics group focusing on developing data tools and insights for sales teams and executive leadership.
Ryan received a B.S. in Economics from Villanova University and his M.S. in Analytics with a specialization in Computational Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
